Postpaid customers can create their user ID for account access here
https://www.att.com/olam/unauth/showSlidIntercept.myworld
If you already have prepaid service active and functional, you do not create a user ID through my ATT you continue to use the pay-go online website with your 10 digit phone number as your username, the alphanumeric password and PIN code you created
