To address your question, you can access AT&T account to get records.

Up to 16 months you can get the call logs online. However, anything prior to 16 months you’ll have to visit the nearest store to get the call logs.

You can get a bill reprint including your detailed usage reports. There is a $5 fee for each bill reprint.

Please note: Ensure to carry your ID proof along when you visit the store.
