How can I get to my AT&T Wi-Fi car account to update Billing goes straight to Direct Tv

I am trying to update my in car Wi-Fi billing and every time I log on it goes to Direct Tv I DO Not have Direct Tv or Cable of any kind how am I supposed to change my billing information if I call it’s over an hour trying to get through this is ridiculous

Ensure that you are using the line number of in car Wi-Fi number so it should take you to the correct page. Also, please try the below troubleshooting steps which would fix the issue. 

  1. Try ⁠clearing cookies and cache on the browser
  2. Try using an alternative browser
  3. Try reinstalling if you are using our application. 
  4. Try ⁠resetting the password using the line number of in car Wi-Fi.
