Don't know account number or zip code of stolen phone

My phone was stolen a few days ago. I need to pay my ATT bill in order to get a new phone. But I can't get one until I pay my old bill. All I have is my phone number and no way to reach ATT without the correct zip code. I've tried all the places I've lived, but none of the zip codes work. I need to speak to an ATT representative . How do I do that?

Use your device's GPS. Or, use an AT&T or third-party app or add-on.

To find your device:

Sign in to the account associated with your device or activated app or add-on:
Follow the prompts to call the device or find it using GPS.

You can also ⁠file a insurance claim for the stolen device on our partner website Asurion.

You'll have to go to an AT&T store with your photo ID and any other documentation to prove who you are. A piece of official mail like a utility bill would be a good way of proving your current address.

They should be able to help you pay your bill and purchase a new phone.
