Go Phone Auto Refill Error
I have been attempting to enroll in the Auto Refill option for three months now. Unfortunately, everytime I attempt to enroll I receive the following error:
"Auto Refill enrollment is currently unavailable. Please try your request again in 2 days." To date, this error has cost me $15.00 in unneccessary charges. Please respond and assist me with setting this up or (even better) fix this so that everyone can opt in for auto refill.

Additionally, it would be great if you would reimburse me for the $15.00 in additional charges ($45.00 per month vice $40.00 per month with auto refill).
