How to dial a local number in Ireland using ATT international day pass?
Trying to call local Irish numbers or another ATT phone while in Ireland using international day pass. Just get dialing error response

My understanding is that you dial it exactly as if you were standing in the united states. Country Prefix (+353) plus the area code and local number.
