forgot sbcglobal.net password and answers to security questions

We understand that you’ve forgotten your sbcglobal.net password, and the answers to your security questions. Let’s get you back into your account. 

There are a few steps to make sure you can easily change or⁠ reset your password. 

• Update your security questions and answers
• Add a mobile number for resets

Do you check your email at currently.com? You’ll always manage your email password on att.com (myAT&T).

Good to know: The password used to sign into your email and myAT&T are the same. If you change your AT&T Mail password, your AT&T user ID password will change, too.

Remember to provide accurate information during the process, and you should be able to regain access to your account.
