accessing email

I have an att email account. And for over two weeks now, I have been unable to access my mail. I can sign in to the att homepage, and the page has my email address listed on the overview page. But when I click on the link to my inbox, the tab reads "logout successful." and I am redirected to the sign in page. I sent a request for help on the email recovery page over a week ago, but I have not received any kind of response. I have tried using the mobile number I have set for 2-factor authentication, but each time, I get no texts whatsoever. I have tried using the alternate email, and I get nothing in my inbox. when I try to sign in on the yahoo page, it tells me that it sent a confirmation number to my email. But the email it sent to is the email I am trying to sign in to. NOW... I have:

  • Changed my password. Several times.
  • Cleared my cache and cookies.
  • Cleaned my history.
  • Used numerous browsers including Chrome and Firefox, and the yahoo mail app.

So there is no need to tell me to change my password. Because if I have to read one more page saying "try changing your password," I will have a nervous breakdown. I am not asking for world peace, I am not asking att to re-invent the wheel. I don't want att to solve cold fusion. I just want to access my email. If my email is hacked, and it is so compromised that it is completely inaccessible, then delete it!
