Forwarding Email Does Not Work
Good afternoon,
We signed up for the $5 per month option to forward the ATT/yahoo email. We were then given the option to enter an email. I enter an email address and click verify. We receive the email on the other email account. When you click on the link to Verify you are taken to an ATT page that displays "AT&T Something has gone wrong". This is a trap.
So remove the email, save. Re-enter the email, click on verify get a new email sent. Same exact thing. Cleared cache, incognito mode, diff browsers, diff computers, diff networks. It is an ATT issue for sure but there doesn't appear to be an option to actually report legit issues with the website.
Any options?
