Hello, I do not have access to my email ending in @sbcglobal.net . I believe I was locked out due to possible inactivity? If someone could assist me, I would be very grateful. Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out to us! Are you getting any error message?What device are you using? Are you sure you're using the correct ID and password? You can confirm and find your user ID now. Most times email account get locked, when incorrect password or user ID are being used multiple times.
We also recommend that you clear cache on your device, update your browser, disable your firewall, reset your password and then try again.
