Hey @kylepolen, we’re here to walk through the right path.

There are two ways customers can keep receiving low-cost internet service with Access from AT&T:

  1. Customers can get free internet (up to 100M) with Access from AT&T and the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).
    • Customers can visit http://sm.att.com/5c561abc to learn more about the program.
    • Also, customers can check if they qualify for the ACP at http://sm.att.com/40b69ed5
    • If approved for the ACP, they’re automatically approved for Access from AT&T when applying the ACP benefit to their Access from AT&T plan.
  2. Customers can complete and submit the Access from AT&T recertification application at http://sm.att.com/d0c3cd90.
    • The process is similar to the initial Access from AT&T application process and requires supporting documentation be provided.

For customers who no longer qualify for the Access from AT&T program or who fail to re-certify, their Access from AT&T discount is removed on the bill cycle date after their recertification deadline.

If you’re approved for the federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), you’re automatically approved for Access from AT&T when applying your ACP benefit.

If you need additional details, please contact our dedicated Access from AT&T Program Center:

  •          English: 855.220.5211.
  •          Spanish: 855.220.5225.

Please let us know if this helps.

Thank you for reaching out on community and forums!

Hey AT&T help, Bruce, that's exactly what my email dated March 14, 2024 says.  Ooops, somebody screwed up because BOTH programs have come to an end.
ACP ends in April 2024 and Access has ended and now we don't have an affordable solution.

So please. cease with the generic auto-replies.  We are sick of having AT&T blow smoke up our backsides.
