Using EyeTV?

I love using EyeTV with my AT&T cable box  so that I can now watch all channels & DVR recordings on my Mac.

Anyone else using EyeTV?  I'm having problems configuring so can also watch on my iPhone when away from home.

I need to verify that the U-verse router supports NAT-PMP (NAT Port Mapping Protocol) or UPnP IGDv1 (Universal Plug and Play Internet Gateway Device).  Any help?

Hello Ferristhek,

None of the U-verse Residential gateways support either NAT-PMP (which is not exactly secure) or UPnP (ditto x2). Due to this limitation, Watch on the Go options are not available.

Good to know, thanks!
That means that "Back to my Mac" also won't work.
Are you familiar with EyeTV?
Since router isn't compatible, but Apple Airport Express is, any clue how I hook that up with the current router?

The link my thoughts posted contains well written instructions for nearly any router. I am familiar with EyeTV, but not entirely with the technical side of the networked products as I don't own one.
