Returned ATT Internet Air
I returned the equipment per your instructions and go a return receipt with my Account & Receipt Number. I got an Email today that said "We still haven't received your equipment". I replied to the Email with an copy of the receipt attached. I received a reply that said
"Hmm. Looks like you replied to one of our emails that can't accept replies at this email address." So now what? Please don't tell me to call 800-788-2020 which was the origin number I called when I started this discussion. No one knows anything about AT&T Air Internet at that number. It has been one month since I returned the equipment. I was told that I would receive a refund of $55.00 when the equipment was received. The equipment didn't perform to my satisfaction. |

Any luck with this? I am in the same boat. When I called they literally told me it was because I turned it in to early, before the end of the billing cycle / cancel order went through. Such nonsense.
