Getting service at a new postal address?
I am considering purchasing a parcel of land that does not currently have an existing postal address. It is in the country, but is surrounded by individuals with postal addresses who have AT&T service.
The process for establishing a new address is for the USPS to put it into their records. Once that happens, would I be able to have AT&T service on that lot? I am hesitant to purchase the land if I discover that AT&T will not recognize it as a serviceable parcel.

I do not know what service the other addresses receive - all I know is that AT&T is available.
I'm not as concerned as to WHAT is available from AT&T so much as I want to ensure they will recognize the new address.
