AT&T Thanks App Login Issue
As it seems with many folks on here, I am having issues logging into the AT&T Thanks app. After putting in my credentials (which feels like for the hundredth time), it starts to load for a few seconds and then an error message pops up:
"Uh oh. An error has occurred. Please check back later."
I am certain that my credentials are correct and that I am eligible for rewards (logging on a web browser shows that I am in the Gold tier), so this is incredibly frustrating. Please help!
Errors, broken links, and going in circles without any real solutions seems to be the recurring theme on your website...

Having trouble signing into the AT&T online app? Were you able to before? Having trouble accessing it from your mobile device? How about a tablet or phone? Not to worry!! We have some recommendations that may help! You can manage these accounts and services with a single ID: Create one now.

I am able to log into my AT&T account on the web and on the myAT&T app, but I can't log into the AT&T Thanks app using the same credentials. Please help!
