300 reward card is a scam

Don’t fall for the gift card scam. You won’t get one!!

that’s just part of the story. Still haven’t rectified one Direct Tv streaming device. One of the five I ordered doesn’t work. 

Signed up for ATT fiber.  Installer hooked me up to the old internet ( the one that showed up—your first one won’t).  Now they want to charge me $25 more to connect me to the service I originally ordered. Thank goodness I had the price quote in an email. I only had to argue my case for over an hour. Still waiting for that supervisor to supposedly call me back to confirm I’m receiving my quoted fiber price. I wont hold my breath ( it’s been 2 hours).  The internet I have now is the pits!!

spectrum I’m so sorry I broke up with you but so excited you now stream—. I’ll never leave you again spectrum.

We recommend that you please check your spam folder, as there is a possibility that the reward email might have gone to spam folder.

 

Also, you can find and claim your AT&T reward by visiting our AT&T Reward Center home page. There is an option to search by claim number or by entering your account number and zip code.

  • Within 6 weeks of activating and maintaining your service, you will receive notification via email or letter with instructions on how to redeem your reward.
  • Once you’ve claimed your reward, met the service requirement, if any on your offer and your active service has been confirmed, most customers receive their reward within three weeks. This may be up to nine weeks from your installation / activation date. You can obtain a real-time status for your rewards at the AT&T Reward Center.
  • Visit our AT&T Rewards FAQ for common questions in regard to your rewards card. 

Reward expiration dates vary by promotion, so please take note of the claim by date shown on your reward notification email or letter and on the reward tracker for your reward. In general, you will have a minimum of 30 days to claim your reward from the time you receive notification. For reward-related questions, please call of Rewards Support team at 800-288-9983 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday.

Nope—it was never sent. Representative that tried to help found offer but supervisor gave me the run around. And will not honor the internet price quoted to me that I literally have in an email. I offered to send the email but they of course won’t give me an email address of where to send. But hey I’ll happily copy and paste!!

They wont let me email but I’ll happily copy and paste!! I ordered 1 gig fiber!! They hooked up the old stuff.   But will come switch it to fiber but won’t honor the quoted price. 

I got scammed plain and simple. But now you not only lose me as a new internet and tv customer you are losing my family wireless business of over 20+ years as well.

I don’t have a bell icon so naturally I have no idea how to access a PM. 

I’ve spent way too much time trying to resolve this issue. Not worth it.  I was scammed.  And this entire issue has been handled horribly.  I see from this forum it’s pretty common. But after three hours of being on the phone and I still have one direct tv device ( out of 5) that doesn’t work. No reward card and a bait and switch on my internet. But oh they will connect my fiber but won’t honor my price.  lol. 

The person I’ll waste time speaking to is the person who has the authority to resolve my issue. If that can’t happen I have no problem walking away, but I’m done with being passed around and every person has a different story. I’ve heard them all today. I’ve learned nobody at Att communicates and each person has a different story. I’d laugh if someone told me everything they were told and how they were literally jerked around all day. It’s truly that unbelievable. 

next stop every social media site and my news reporter nephew. They love these kinda stories.
