You have to lower your internet speed to 100 or less to have ATT ACCESS.

Originally ACCESS (2016) was $10 a month for internet 10 or internet 5, best address could support or $5 a month if best speed tier availability was internet 3, 1.5 or .76. The program was initially only to last (4) years… April 2016 to April 2020 and was a one of the conditions the US government placed upon ATT in approving the purchase of DirecTv summer 2015.

1st quarter 2020 a little pandemic happened in which ATT voluntarily decided to keep the ACCESS program going before there ever was an EBB or ACP program. At ACP offering to pay up to $30 a month, ATT raised the speed tier from internet 10 as best speed offered to internet 100. Thus ACCESS has three pricing points of $5 (.76, 1.5, 3), $10 (5, 10) and $30 for all speed tiers up to 100. (12, 18, 24, 25, 45, 50, 75, 100) best address can support.

Internet 300 and above is not eligible for ACCESS program thus if wish to use the program after approval you must call to reduce your speed tier to 100 and have a monthly rate of $30. All other charges and fees apply including late fee ($9.99) and reconnection fee ($35) if fail to pay monthly bill.
