25 x 24 = 600 plus $200 equals $800 for the $650 phone.
However Sprint service is cheaper. You should pay for the phone on installments and chose the plan that will give you the coverage you need at a price you want.
I have only ATT or Verizon coverage and would never buy a carrier phone.
