Can’t update payment for order

So I got a text message yesterday saying that part of my order is on hold because I need to update my payment method. I click the link and it takes me to my order I try to update the card but then it says I’ve tried too many times and to contact AT&T. I’ve contacted them twice via chat and via phone and no one’s been able to help me update my payment! I keep going in this circle.

One person told me to wait 24 hours until part of my order ships then update the payment the lady on the phone told me to cancel my order completely but I didn’t want to do that cuz it’ll push my delivery date to ENDING OCTOBER. This is such a nightmare.

I paid for my two phones 2 days ago in store with an att guy my order email is now saying I have to pay still (Edited per community guidelines) it took the money out of my account already!!!!!

If you paid in a store then you should have a receipt right?   Go back to the store where you made your purchase, sort it out there
