Hey @jadan55, we'd be glad to provide all available options you have for receiving a transfer PIN.

You can easily dial *PORT on your device and follow the prompts to get your Number Transfer PIN sent to you via text You'll need your wireless passcode to complete your request.

With the myAT&T app

  1. Sign in using your AT&T wireless device.
  2. Go to your profile and select People & Permissions.
  3. Scroll to Transfer phone number and select Request a new PIN. Your Number Transfer PIN will display on the screen.

Online with myAT&T

  1. Go to your myAT&T profile.
  2. Choose People & Permissions.
  3. Select Wireless.
  4. Scroll to Transfer phone number and select Request a new PIN. Your Number Transfer PIN will display on the screen.

We hope this information helps! Thanks for reaching out to the AT&T Community.

By the way business, FirstNet, and prepaid does not use a transfer pin.

Business first step and prepaid use their security pin or fan pin
