Samsung A23 Software Update failed
Yesterday on May 2nd my Phone (Samsung A23) needed a software update ,so I decided to do just that,it was working completely fine etc.
Today May 3rd I realize that it was moving very slowly in regards to certain apps ,so I decided to close all apps and restart my phone,and as a result:
-the phone never came back on
-nor is it charging
-the battery wasn't low either
I tried to do factory reset,putting it to charge for a bit and many other solutions that were given and nothing worked ,the phone is just completely black.
I also found out that a few other users with an A23 phone are facing this same issue :(
Please help if anyone can .

Contact Samsung Support. It's their product, not AT&T's.

Yes i got the same samsung A23 aswell,i got a sofware update on the 2nd of may,i notice the phone abit slow into yesterday morning,i restarted the phone,it never turn on back.i tried all options to reset,restart an nothing happens,i need a solution,if this phone is dead am switching to iphone,cas i would another samsung will do this again.

If you can't update your software to the latest version, it may be due to various factors, including insufficient storage space, weak internet connection, low battery, compatibility issues or limited available storage on your device.
Note:
So, if your device doesn’t update the software follow the steps below: Delete apps you don't use Clear cache and delete temporary files Try updating the software in Safe mode Software update via Smart Switch Note: To avoid mistakes during the update, make sure that your internet connection is stable.
