Notification Bar Issue S5 post-lollipop update
The notification bar doesn't swipe down reliably. I have to restart it to get the phone to work. Anyone else have that issue?

Mine is working just fine... no problems at all. Did you wipe the cache partition after installing Lollipop? Wiping the cache partition is known to clear up many post-update issues, and it doesn't delete your data. I suggest you give it a try.

Then you may need to back up your data and do a factory reset.
