I was updating T-mobile and suddenly switched off permanently

We have a great Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool, which will walk you through steps to see if we can get your phone turned back on. First, please ensure your specific device is selected. Then, under Device/software issues go to > Power and battery > Device won’t power on. From here choose the answers accordingly.
