Can't receive texts from other other phones on plan

I recently changed my wireless number. Ever since then the other 2 phones on my plan are unable to send me texts. I've factory reset, completely deleted contact info, and text and call history out of the other phones. And had customer support sent signals to each phone and do a text check. Everything is apparently ok on at&ts end but I still cannot receive texts. We can call one another, and I can text them. It is incredibly frustrating. Has anyone ever had this happen? I'm at a loss as to what else  I can try.
