AT&T provided unlock code does not work
EDIT: The code does work.
It was not working the first 3 times I tried it. This is what I did to fix it.
1. Factory reset - no sim inside.
2. insert att sim and go through setup wizard.
3. power off phone then switch to different carrier sim.
4. power on and when it asked for the code I entered it again. This time it worked HOORAY
