Update CNAM for Company when we call an AT&T Customer

Our company has a voip carrier that has updated out CNAM for one of our many phone lines in their database.   When we call an AT&T wireless customer it comes up with the phone# and says Orient, NY.  This is causing issues as we are a medical facility and the patient's think this is a scam call and get very nasty, which is understandable as there are many medical related scams going around. How do we get AT&T to update their CNAM file so that when we call your wireless customers our correct name appears?

We're here to point you in the right direction to change your CNAM @jssmith.

We understand the impact this may have on your company. You will need to reach out to your service provider to change your CNAM. The reason you would need to contact your service provider is because they have the ability to change your CNAM and what the customers see's when you call them.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to reach back out. Thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums.

I did and they updated it in the national cnam registry. If we call a landline it comes up correct. I had to call Verizon and t-mobile to update their databases and here I am contacting AT&T. Your cnam directory is not updated so how can that be fixed?

@ATTHelp I am having this same issue with the cnam displaying an incorrect name on AT&T phones although we have submitted a new name... Is there any way you could help out?

Hi Rachel @ATTHelp , we use a different phone service provider who has reached out to change the CNAM but it has not updated. Is there a number I can call or a submission form I can use to update directly with AT&T?
