Does anyone have a number for AT&T's tech support?  I keep getting incompetent individuals.  Shame on AT&T for not training their people.  I have an android phone and need help finding my contacts on the cloud (via my PC).  Tech keeps asking me to go to my icloud.   ???  Help!!!

Before we get started, lets start with few questions to understand your concern better.

  • Please confirm, if you're using IOS  iCloud, Microsoft cloud, Android cloud or AT&T personal cloud?
  • Can you please let us know if the contacts were saved on one of the above cloud storage and trying to restore using your PC?

Hi Mike, thank you for responding.  I use my PC to go to AT&T personal cloud.  About two weeks ago I started having issues logging in.  I was finally able to log in using Chrome.  Since then I cannot see my list of contacts, only pictures and documents.

Please use the below steps and let us know if they help you to restore your contacts.

Restore cloud content to your phone

  1. Open the AT&T Personal Cloud app.
  2. Tap the menu (3 lines), then choose Settings 
  3. Choose Tools, then Content Restore.
  4. Tap the content category to restore. 
    • Have an iPhone? You can restore photos, videos, and contacts.
    • Have an Android phone? You can restore photos, videos, contacts, music, documents, messages, and call logs.
  5. Select Restore.

Anyone from ATTHelp please respond.  I was just disconnected with Blanche.  Believe it or not, the issue has not been resolved.  Someone please DM me to resolve this. The issue was that I could not see the contacts in the cloud, only pictures, videos and documents.  I cannot log in to personalcloud.att.com anymore.  I've tried Mozilla, IE and Firefox.  All I get is a blank page.  HELP!!!
