Does anyone have a number for AT&T's tech support? I keep getting incompetent individuals. Shame on AT&T for not training their people. I have an android phone and need help finding my contacts on the cloud (via my PC). Tech keeps asking me to go to my icloud. ??? Help!!!

Hi Mike, thank you for responding. I use my PC to go to AT&T personal cloud. About two weeks ago I started having issues logging in. I was finally able to log in using Chrome. Since then I cannot see my list of contacts, only pictures and documents.

Anyone from ATTHelp please respond. I was just disconnected with Blanche. Believe it or not, the issue has not been resolved. Someone please DM me to resolve this. The issue was that I could not see the contacts in the cloud, only pictures, videos and documents. I cannot log in to personalcloud.att.com anymore. I've tried Mozilla, IE and Firefox. All I get is a blank page. HELP!!!
