Hello @Lil Lady, we'll be happy to get you pointed in the right direction of getting a number unflagged from Active Armor.
Some features in the app may inadvertently block wanted calls, settings can be adjusted in the app by selecting allow or removing numbers in the Block caller option.
Block caller: You can block calls from your call log, contact list, or manually.
Fraud calls: This is automatically set to Block for your protection. You can choose to flag these calls or send to voicemail.
Nuisance calls: This is automatically set to Enabled. You can choose to flag, block, or send to voicemail each category. Categories include Political, Spam risk, Surveys, Nonprofit, Private calls, Telemarketers, and Account services. Categories were based on complaints and feedback.
I'm trying to document what AT&T shall document at https://forums.att.com/conversations/account-features/rfc-how-att-blocks-unwanted-calls/62cdafa3ae9e5612c866579e . Long story short, AT&T cannot unflag because the Hiya company manages this information. Hiya is getting money from AT&T for the service, but AT&T customers have no way to contact Hiya. The form to change the database is well hidden, and they usually don't follow up on report. (Just found out that the same people that manage Hiya, are managing Whitepages -- ideally, they have all info to properly flag people)
Your request (550000) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email.
So, I contacted HIYA, here's their response.

Hello,
For customer service help with AT&T Active Armor app please reach out to AT&T customer care 1 (800) 331-0500.
All support on the app is handled through AT&T. They have troubleshooting and escalation procedures to get you to their tier 2 and 3 technicians if needed.
In general, uninstalling the app and then reinstalling should be tried to fix before contacting them.
If AT&T sent you here, I'm sorry about that. We have been instructed by AT&T that they need to handle all support on the app. It is in our contract with them. We are instructed to send all support requests back to AT&T. The AT&T representative should have helped you initially and escalated internally to AT&T's tier 2 or 3 support if they did not know how to help.
Nice! And request number is a nice round number 550000 (either they updated the system or it is the same for everyone). I think I got the same response but the reported defects still present in Call Protect (or Armor Protect).
Still an issue with AT&T Active Armor (Flagging Calls that are in Contacts and sending to VoiceMail with no notification of call coming in or being sent to voicemail). Solution. Remove Active Armor and install Hiya.
