AT&T not honoring pricing agreement

On December 15th 2015, I called into customer retention and spoke to Brad.  In order to keep my business, he offered me a 12 month contract with bundled Max Plus Turbo and home phone service for $50 a month after discussing price matching with Time Warner.  He also promosed that there would be no "one-time charges or installation fees".  He called back the following day saying that he would have to create a new account so that I could recieve the promotional pricing, but that everything would be the same and not to worry.  On the day of my install (Saturday the 19th of December), the installation tech called in to activate my service only to find that the Max Plus Turbo had not been authorized and that all the details of my agreement had changed, including the pricing, which had jumped up to nearly $80 dollars a month!  This is unacceptable and illegal, but all I have heard from customer support so far is that they cannot give me the deal agreed to and "Sorry for any incovenience."  I want somebody with the authority to make this right to do so.

Send them a Private Message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your pricing problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends, FB Twitter Social Media Managers), response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done and gone above and beyond for me. They can do more than any phone rep and stick w/it till it's done.

Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
