I don't like being lied to, I don't like bad customer service! If it doesn't work as intended, you better fix it! Do not give me the run around, it only pisses me off and the angrier I get, the faster I move to a different carrier altogether, I pay a very high price each month for my cellphone service, I expect HONEST customer service.
