About me

I spend my off days trying to use the MyATT app, eventually trying the chat, then the number, because chat is a figment of my imagination. Then I listen to that robot man break if I ask the actual question I called for, then he relents and lets me sit for a spell waiting:BEST part of that? AD LOOP! SaysI can avoid losing my 1 day off if I simply made room in my phone for their HANDY myATT app! Even though it has not once successfully shown a repair appointment, outage or linked me with a HUMAN, but the ALERT section is AWESOME: I can upgrade $$$ for coaxial they call fiber! & that's REALLY handy info, definitely the alert I needed when service farted out 2 weeks prior and the tech's ghosted my appointment for the 2nd time - 6 appointments, 2 shows since Feb. No doubt the issue is at junction box. Seeing a tech at my corner store buying a 40 at 2pm the day he bailed on MY appointment is A+ service.
