I sent my galaxy s21 to get the screen repaired through Asurion and you guys send me a galaxy s10e that I didn’t order and nobody will pick up the phone 

I for one hate the boot up sound that ATT places in its phones. There should be a way to turn it off. If there is a way please advise.  Otherwise I would suggest this would be a great option.

My phone is in good standing, my account has 2 phones, a tablet, and a laptop. I have used the carrier billing option for over a year, yet recently I have been consistently getting declined messages from the play store. Google said that it is something on your end. Please help.
