Transfer Pictures and Video to External Hard Drive/Computer
I can't get videos off of my phone to my external hard drive, I don't use the cloud. I want to store in several places. It locks up my phone and computer and says that it lost connection when I select the videos to transfer. The picture do okay, just not videos. Any ideas?
