Combined services Customer service - ignore or hang up call instead of resolve dispute?

Unable to login to account
When I try to login to account, it just states: "Give us a moment. We are almost there!" However, it doesn't ever change. How can I pay my bill online if I can't login?I am using the Firefox browser. Even if I use Edge browser it still seems slow, but eventually connects.
