I have an AT&T phone set with five wireless handsets. Frequently, when answering a call we get a rhythmic sound tone interference that prevents hearing and understanding the caller.  We ask the caller to hang up and call back, which usually solves the problem.  However, it happens too

What damaged the phone box?

The green phone box situated in my front yard was hit by someone, causing the wires and cables to be exposed, posing a potential hazard. Urgent repair is required to address this issue.

ATT 9357 in use light light keeps flashing

AT&T 9357 "in use / charging light" keeps flashing' I changed the battery still flashes, pulled the battery out and sat phone in the cradle; still flashes. Other parts (the answering machine) portion seems to still work. Please assist

How deep can I plant trees around an SBC utility easement on my property?

OLD TELEPHONE POLE IN MEDINA NY

I recently bought a house in Medina NY, there is an old utility pole 2 feet from the house. There are no wires or cables connected to it, it is just the pole.  I looked for an identifying tag but there is none.  I now have a problem with squirrels using the pole to get onto my house.

Fixed wireless internet down with no estimated time for repair

Losing half my speed when using 3rd party router (Netgear RAX 200 AX11000).

Hi, I have seen this so often, but can't seem to find a page with an official fix. I have AT&T fiber with 1 gig speeds. When using a 3rd party router connected to my AT&T gateway my speeds get cut in half. Speedtest on gateway through AT&T show 938Mb down/up. Can confirm this on wire

Certain emails keep going to spam. I have marked them as not spam, added them to my contacts but nothing helps. The same senders used to go directly to my inbox but not anymore. Does anyone have a physical ATT address to return equipment? I called and texted but they said the only way to return was FEDEX/UPS Stores.  I don't have a car to get to one.

I'm paying $85 for U-verse TV + internet every month. I was told that I need to have both services in order to get $10 discount and unlimited data allowance. Is this true? I really don't watch AT&T U-verse TV at all and thinking to get rid of TV in order to save some $$. AT&T U-verse TV
