Insufferable solicitations using SPOOFED (disconnected) numbers on recipients Caller I.D. to HIDE!!

ATT&T seems unable, or unwilling to fix the issue of phony numbers showing up on the CALLER ID, involving inbound solicitation calls.  Such "SPOOFED"
