unable to access email from yahoo with email address aaronarc@att.net

I keep receiving CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003] when trying to access my ATT.net email on my work desktop. It says I have tried to log in too many times.  I waited 24 hrs and still the same message.  I try "resetting" password and it asks me for my security questions.  I know these answers

i used to be able to access my yahoo emails and my sbcglobal.net emails from yahoo mail website on my personal computer and my android phone... now it only recognizes my sbcglobal.net emails on the PC...i cant access my yahoo account emails except on my phone...what happened?

Locked Out of Pacbell.net account

Received notice that my pacbell.net account was found in the Dark Web. Attempted to log in to reset password but was unable to do so.  Security password options also failed.  What else can I do to validate my identity to recover control of my account?

Requested unlock my iphone, case still pending since 3.9.23 device paid off since february.
