Temporarily turning off 5g and leaving on 2.4g to connect an IoT plug

How do I block devices from accessing my wifi network?
I have an AT&T U-verse, model 5268AC gateway. How do I block specific devices from accessing my wifi network, or at least remove their current access to my network? I can't seem to find a security or MAC filtering option in the gateway settings to do this. Thx.
