AT&T Internet Equipment

Have had AT&T Fiber 500 for about 3 weeks now, I am still not able to log into the Smart Home Manager app. Every time I try it tells me I need to have AT&T internet. I do.  I get an error code of 403.400.   Called the local store but they were of limited help.  Called custome

I have 3 extenders to the fiber gate way. The computer will not provide internet access through the connection. When I connect through my phone hot spot the connection is working fine. What is wrong, I was better off using my old system.

I'm new to the hotspot world. My wife has a Nighthawk M1 that her work provided. We just got a Nighthawk M6 Pro for our home internet. I think they are interfering with each other. With both of them on they get 20-25 mbps. With only one on it gets 125 mbps. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
