we have a Motorola BGW210-700. internet connection has been cutting in and out for a while now, totally at random. we have had three technicians out, and they dont seem to be able to find a problem with any wiring One recommended possibly replacing our gateway, and sending the old, current one back

Does anyone have a physical ATT address to return equipment? I called and texted but they said the only way to return was FEDEX/UPS Stores.  I don't have a car to get to one.

I have two security cameras that work with 2.4 GHz. My modem-router Gateway is supposed to work with these cameras but the cameras don't recognize it. I disabled the 5 GHz band and still does not recognize it. Turned off and on modem and it did not help. Need help. Cameras work fine with COX 2.4.
