I installed the access points in my home from AT&T and lost my 2.4 ghz wifi. So much stuff is still on this and not the 5ghz so it is a problem. How can I get my 2.4ghz back so my washer and cameras come online?
customer service is just placing me on hold and hanging up on me. I don't understand. They seem nice then act like they are helpping and just drop the call. I have spent 2 hours on the phone sunday and 2.5h on the phone today. My equiment is not poweing on. We had bad storms and im sure it got hit.
