AT&T Fiber Installation

I'm in the process of building a new construction home that has underground AT&T fiber available in the back yard utility easement. My address is verified as having access to it. Currently the walls are up, sheathed, housewrap installed, fully roofed, no brick and no insulation/drywall yet.&

I'm going through the setup process and it says to connect an ethernet cable to my modem to my att service box. The service box already has an ethernet cable connected to it and the other side disappears into the wall. What should I do ? Should I unplug that ethernet cable?
