AT&T Fiber Equipment

Hi, I have 1000 package and an extender and my Wi-Fi fiber cuts out all the time causing my work VPN computer using a UPS to drop. Like in every meeting.  What is that?  I am the only one using the Wi-Fi.  Sure, I have lights and voice devices, phone, iPad, cameras, but really?  

I have the ATT fiber service. At least once per week all my equipment shows offline.   I Unplug the modem for 30 seconds, wait a few minutes and all is working again.  I have called/chatted with support and they could not find any issues, they offered to roll a truck at my expense un
