Why doesn't the App notifiy when there is an Alarm

We had our alarm go off while we were on vacation. Fortunately it was a false alarm because the window sensor fell off when the adhesive fell off. AT&T said they called us but we did not receive a message or voice mail even though they had the right number. I thought the App would notify us an alarm

Digital Life App not controlling camera

My digital Life app had problems over a month ago and it was not giving me notifications anymore. I uninstalled the app and it seemed to work. More updates came out for my iPhone SE and now I am not getting notifications for the camera anymore. I am getting them when the alarm is turned off and on.

Has anyone had success canceling service? App never works...

Has anyone had success canceling service?  I have had my alarm go off and they never call. the camera is always off line and the app is a joke.  they argue with me when I try to cancel and refuse to let me talk with a supervisor.  Worst AT&T product I have ever had... Anyone else having problems?

I have the Attention icon next to some programs and gears or a clock by other programs.   I'm assuming the Attention icon means there's something wrong with the program that I need to correct but no matter what changes I make (and I've tried everything) the icon does not change.  Any ideas?
