I used to have the Unlimited Elite plan with HBO Max. AT&T changed my plan to the new Unlimited Premium without HBO. The representative said the Elite plan is no longer available, but couldn't say why I was changed. Shouldn't I have been grandfathered in and still keep my HBO Max?
