I have a AT&T line from mexico and now I live in Arkansas, US and I need a new phone that will be from the US, if the phone is unlocked will the line work on it still?

When attempting to login to Max using ATT as provider I get "Can't Verify Subscription". Happens on Web, Mobile and Apple TV. Max app is set to not use TV Provider for SSO. That wouldn't matter on Web so it is definitely a Max<->ATT OAuth login issue. Can you please fix my account?
