CPNI letter from AT&T
I received a letter on letterhead purportedly from AT&T informing me that "We recently determined that an unknown and unauthorized person gained access to the number of lines on your account" and referenced Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). Is this a genuine letter from AT&T?

Is it possible to get an eSIM for my wireless account that uses a physical SIM?
I would like to get an eSIM for my wireless account. Currently, I have a physical SIM. I tried the steps listed here, but for my device there is no "Get a new eSIM" option shown under "Options & Settings". Is there another way to do it? Thanks!
