AT&T Can Respond About Forum Issues But Can't Answer a Phone for 9 Hours or Respond to Posts

I just got a PM but have yet to see responses on my post or get someone to pick up the phone after more than 8 hours on hold. Insanity. Get your act together AT&T.

I have had some similar issues. Me and my room mate got services less than 2 weeks ago, which was set up under my room mates name because he was approved with the credit issues and we would not be charged the 449$ credit management fee. They then sent us our bill that was in my name with the credit

Can't hear anyone when receiving calls and they can't hear me when I make a call on home phone.

Home phone rings and just has "Ringing" in the caller ID window. I answer but can't hear anyone on the line.  I can call out but the person on the other end can't hear me.

DirecTV cancelling Newsmax

I am a 12 year subscriber to DirecTV & have had AT&T cell service for 15 years. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that DirecTV is cancelling Newsmax—the last (Edited per community guidelines) news channel. If this is not resolved with Newsmax being restored I will be cancelling my subscriptions.
