11/11/2017Because I generally don't contact Directv unless there is a bill discrepancy-- I thought there was something wrong with my remote control when I pressed the Active button and it did not work LOL. But I did mention to the person I spoke/chatted with that the remote control wasn't working..

Well there is no one from authority here in the user forum for DirecTV Now not DirecTV/AT&T. The 2 services are not the same or related. I suggest you try over in the TV or cell phone forums. I feel though you would be best to contact them personally instead of a forum.
