Local Channel 12 NBC removed

I am paying for local channels on my DirecTV account and as of January 1st, the local channel 12 (NBC) (WXII) was removed. What alteratives are available until this horrible issue has been resolved?Will Directv provide me acess to channel 392 (NBCe) until my local channel has been reinstated?

3 days now with Uverse.  I have a Samsung 55" TV and the sound quality is lame.  I have a Samsung sound bar and subwoofer.  No channels are any louder than any others.  I did the suggested stb progarmming on my S-30 remote and the receiver volume is maxed at 25 and I have to nearly max out the sound
